Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped with tracking via NZ Post and are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to postal service problems or weather events are out of our control.
If you require urgent delivery, please get in touch before placing your order to allow us to accommodate your request.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $6 flat rate shipping within New Zealand.
We offer FREE shipping on earring orders over $55. Please note large display boards have $15 flat rate shipping, no free postage applies.
Local delivery
Free local delivery/pick up is available within Hanmer Springs township. Please contact us for further info.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Australia. $20 flat rate under 200g to Australia. Due to international postal delays, please allow 3-4 weeks for deliveries.
For shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia please get in touch.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Over The Ditch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds and returns
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@overtheditch.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) you are entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or if none of these possible, refunded.
We are unable to offer refund if you have changed your mind.
